Dr. Jan May will work closely with Neets partners throughout Germany. Using his regional knowledge and relationships to expand Neets business in the market. Jan May was working for several museums and has spent seven years as an international Consultant and Sales Manager with tonwelt GmbH, Berlin, one of the world’s leading companies for interactive guiding solutions.
HORSENS, Denmark, May 10 2021 – Neets A/S announces that Jan May has joined the company as an Area Sales Manager for Germany. Reporting to Bo Jordansen, Head of Sales, Jan will work closely with partners to expand Neets visibility and market share across German-speaking countries. As part of his responsibilities, Jan will emphasize relationship-building with the top-performing dealers under distributor KERN & STELLY – an initiative he believes is substantial to Neets business growth in this vast AV region:
“The German market is very diverse when it comes to AV. In the industry, we see a fast-paced development that has led to stronger alignment with IT systems. On the other side, the public sector is struggling to develop its own strategies for education in schools and universities,” says Jan May, who has experience in universities and museums across Europe.
“This is a fast-changing business, and it is important that our clients and dealers have the knowledge and support that gives them a broader perspective of how Neets fits into the diversity of German projects. I’m looking forward to being in close contact with our clients to understand what they need,“ Jan May says.
“Jan’s extensive experience working throughout Germany and the DACH region will help Neets make a stronger impact in an important region that has lacked a local sales presence,” says Bo Jordansen, Head of Sales at Neets and continues:
“We continue to aggressively grow our sales and support teams and get even closer to our customers and bring Neets value proposition to the front of the AV industry,” Bo Jordansen explains.
Jan brings a deep understanding of the users, who need a straightforward approach to solutions which makes their life as presenters much easier than it is today. He is especially impressed with Solvo by Neets, an excellent Plug & Play solution that he describes as a mature control system that is easy to implement in smaller video conferencing spaces.
